Installation is quick and easy, completed alongside of your healthcare needs assessment. Our nurses will connect the system through the existing phone line, program your options and FirstWatch is up and running immediately.

The FirstWatch nurse, who has detailed information about your specific needs and health status, will stay on the phone until the situation is remedied or help arrives. If the situation is an emergency when the alert is issued, we instantly contact emergency services, family, friends or neighbours. Even if you can't respond, FirstWatch will send help and stay on the line while help is on the way.
