Pricing and Accessories
The Standard Package
The standard package includes our two way voice system that operates through your existing phone line, an emergency transmitter that can be worn in either a watch or a neck pendant style and includes monitoring 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Medication reminders are standard on this package. You do not need to buy the equipment, it is included in your monthly monitoring fees. The fees are $39.95 per month, installation and nursing assessment charges are $79.95 at the time of set up.
Additional Features and Services
Daily Wellness Calls
Our nursing station will place phone calls daily to you or your loved one's to check in. This quick call will make sure that all is well and sometimes, it's just nice to say hello. One call per day, each and every day of the month.
Fall Detectors
Our fall detector units will alert our response centre when activated. These transmitters come in the form of belt clips and can be worn while at home, and placed in a docking station when you sleep or leave the house.
Inactivity Alerts
If there has been no motion in the home for a prescribed amount of time, an alert will be sent to our response centre. We can contact family, friends, neighbours or emergency services if required.
Flood Alerts
Detectors can be placed in bathrooms or kitchens when there are concerns that faucets could be left on and water could overflow from sinks or bathtubs.
CO2 and Smoke Detectors
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors can be connected to your FirstWatch panel to save you from having extra systems in place to protect you or your loved ones in times of need.
